1 Handful of Kale
1 Small amount Parsley
1 Chopped Pear
2 Chunks of Cucumber
1/4 Teaspoon of Mixed Spice
1 Scoop of Green Superfood Drink powder by Amazing Grass
Squeeze half a Lemon
Squeeze half a Lemon
Top up with a little water
And blennnnnnnd
