Motivation to be Disciplined

"Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen." A lot of clients come to me and ask me if they will get results quickly. And the quote above is usually my answer. Just because you hire a Personal Trainer or a Nutrition Coach to help you reach your goal, doesn't mean you will wake up the next day and have reached it. Getting someone to help you reach your goal is an incredibly good start to gaining the information and techniques you may need to reach your goal. This Person can motivate and inspire you, be someone to give you that little nudge and even someone to write you a personalised programme, but if your not prepared to put the work and discipline in you can only be responsible for your own progress. If you want change you have to change. It is also important to remember that it's never too late to change our approach to anything. Training, Nutrition, Life... Think about what you want and WHY you want it. If your reason is big enough. You will make it happen.

Caffeine Before A Work Out?

If you're not too sensitive to caffeine, consuming around 200 mg before your workout—whether it's cardio or weights—can help liberate some of that stubborn stored body fat.
The extra energy boost from caffeine will also help keep you lift and help combat any fatigue you might be feeling from your reduced-calorie diet. ....I'll order an Espresso please ;)

We Would love to hear your views on Caffeine before training. Please feel free to leave us a comment below.
