Poached Egg and Aubergine Salad





Ingredients:

Eggs
Aubergine
Cucumber
Tomatos
Spinach

I just found these two little egg poachers online and wanted to try something different in the kitchen with them from my usual poached egg on toast. I began to poach my eggs and look through my fridge for some inspiration. I found an Aubergine and decided to use that as a twist to my normal everyday salad. I fried it and placed it on top of my salad. By the time I did that my eggs were ready to go on top, creating the above. It was so yummy and very healthy full of protein and a great idea for a lunch or after gym meal.

Super Green Banana, Apple & Lime Smoothie



Today's Super Green Banana, Apple & Lime Smoothie 

2 Teaspoons of Chia Seeds
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Mix
1 Handful of fresh Kale
1 Small Banana
1 Small Apple
1 Scoop of Green Superfood Drink powder
Squeeze half a Lime and top up with some water. Blend and enjoy!

Nutribullet Super Green Kale & Pear Smoothie


Our first Super Green Smoothie with our brand new #nutribullet 
Ingredients:

2 Teaspoons of Chia Seeds soaked in 1 cup Almond milk
1 Handful of Kale
1 Small amount Parsley 
1 Chopped Pear
2 Chunks of Cucumber 
1/4 Teaspoon of Mixed Spice
1 Scoop of Green Superfood Drink powder by Amazing Grass
Squeeze half a Lemon
Top up with a little water 

And blennnnnnnd

Tasty and full if goodness.

So lets talk about it! We're all obsessed about bottoms at the moment and squatting hard at the gym.
